Il est recommand\u00e9 aux femmes de limiter leur consommation \u00e0 un verre par jour, aux hommes, de ne pas boire plus de deux verres par jour, et de ne pas boire tous les jours. \u00c0 titre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, un verre correspond \u00e0 340 ml (12 oz) de bi\u00e8re, 140 ml (5 oz) de vin et 45 ml (1,5 oz) de spiritueux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Qu\u2019en est-il du vin rouge?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Le vin rouge est une boisson complexe qui contient des milliers de compos\u00e9s phytochimiques. L\u2019un d\u2019eux, le resv\u00e9ratrol, fait partie des mol\u00e9cules d\u2019origine alimentaire pouvant avoir un effet simultan\u00e9ment sur plusieurs stades critiques de croissance du cancer, particuli\u00e8rement le cancer du c\u00f4lon. Toutefois, pour jouir des bienfaits du vin rouge, la cl\u00e9 demeure la mod\u00e9ration, car l\u2019alcool, lorsque consomm\u00e9 en grande quantit\u00e9, a un effet extr\u00eamement nocif sur les cellules et augmente consid\u00e9rablement le risque d\u2019\u00eatre atteint de cancer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Bien s\u2019hydrater pour sa sant\u00e9<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Bien s\u2019hydrater ne signifie pas simplement d\u2019\u00e9viter de boire de l\u2019alcool en quantit\u00e9 excessive; cela signifie \u00e9galement de s\u2019assurer de boire suffisamment d\u2019eau tout au long de la journ\u00e9e. Il est important de ne pas attendre d\u2019avoir soif, ce qui est habituellement un signe que vous souffrez d\u00e9j\u00e0 de d\u00e9shydratation. La recommandation est habituellement de boire environ 1,5 l \u00e0 2 l par jour, et m\u00eame plus si vous \u00eates une personne active physiquement, s\u2019il fait chaud ou si vous allaitez, par exemple.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Il est \u00e9galement important de limiter sa consommation de boissons sucr\u00e9es (qui sont essentiellement du bonbon liquide), car elles fournissent du sucre et des calories en grande quantit\u00e9. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, une canette de boisson gazeuse peut contenir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 8 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sucre, et ce nombre augmente consid\u00e9rablement avec les options grand format qui sont offertes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Choisir de boire de l\u2019eau plut\u00f4t que du jus et des boissons gazeuses peut certainement avoir un effet positif sur le maintien d\u2019un poids sant\u00e9 \u2013 un facteur important dans la r\u00e9duction du risque de d\u00e9velopper un cancer. En fait, dans un rapport r\u00e9cent du Centre am\u00e9ricain pour le contr\u00f4le et la pr\u00e9vention des maladies (CDC), il a \u00e9t\u00e9 clairement d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que 40 % des cas de cancer aux \u00c9tats-Unis en 2014 \u00e9taient directement associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Th\u00e9 vert<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">La consommation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de th\u00e9 vert a \u00e9galement un effet positif sur la r\u00e9duction du risque de cancer. Une seule tasse de th\u00e9 vert peut contenir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 200 mg de polyph\u00e9nols (flavonols, acides ph\u00e9noliques, cat\u00e9chines), dont l\u2019\u00e9pigallocat\u00e9chine gallate (EGCG), la principale mol\u00e9cule \u00e0 l\u2019origine des bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9 associ\u00e9s \u00e0 cette boisson. Plus de 11\u2009000 \u00e9tudes scientifiques ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que l\u2019EGCG est une mol\u00e9cule polyvalente capable d\u2019interf\u00e9rer avec une multitude de processus utilis\u00e9s par les cellules canc\u00e9reuses pour cro\u00eetre et envahir les organes. L\u2019importance de ces nombreuses activit\u00e9s biologiques est bien illustr\u00e9e par la diminution marqu\u00e9e du risque de plusieurs formes de cancer, particuli\u00e8rement le cancer du c\u00f4lon, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la consommation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de th\u00e9 vert. Les th\u00e9s verts japonais, plus riches en cat\u00e9chines, sont la meilleure source d\u2019EGCG, surtout quand les feuilles sont infus\u00e9es pendant 8 minutes pour en extraire le maximum de mol\u00e9cules.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Lait<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Selon le plus r\u00e9cent rapport du Fonds mondial de recherche contre le cancer, les r\u00e9sultats de nombreuses \u00e9tudes indiquent que la consommation de lait peut aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le risque de cancer colorectal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Bien que le m\u00e9canisme exact par lequel le lait peut aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le risque de cancer colorectal ne soit pas clair, les chercheurs savent que le calcium lie les acides biliaires et les acides gras dans le tractus gastro-intestinal pour former des complexes insolubles appel\u00e9s savons calciques. La mod\u00e9ration est la cl\u00e9!<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Le fait de boire du th\u00e9 vert r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement peut r\u00e9duire votre risque de d\u00e9velopper un cancer.
