R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 400\u00a0\u00b0F (200\u00a0\u00b0C) et tapisser une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie \u00e0 l\u2019aide de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Couper le chou-fleur en bouch\u00e9es et le hacher par pulsation dans le robot culinaire, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une texture granuleuse. \u00c9tendre le chou-fleur broy\u00e9 sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et l\u2019arroser avec 1\u00a0c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et la moiti\u00e9 du sel et du poivre. Cuire au four pendant 10\u00a0minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration soit attendrie, en m\u00e9langeant une fois durant la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Chauffer une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen. Quand la po\u00eale est chaude, ajouter le reste de l\u2019huile de l\u2019olive et les oignons. Faire revenir pendant 5\u00a0minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les oignons soient translucides, puis ajouter le reste de l\u2019ail et du gingembre. Continuer \u00e0 cuire pendant 1\u00a0minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Ajouter le gombo et le poulet, puis cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le poulet ne soit plus ros\u00e9, environ 5\u00a0minutes, en remuant continuellement.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Ajouter les 2\u00a0c. \u00e0 soupe de garam masala, la c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de curcuma, le sel et le poivre restants. M\u00e9langer pour enrober le poulet et le gombo. Faire revenir pendant 1\u00a0minute, puis ajouter les tomates.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Laisser mijoter pendant 10\u00a0\u00e0 15\u00a0minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le poulet soit bien cuit.
