Ces baies contiennent \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de carot\u00e9no\u00efdes (b\u00eatacarot\u00e8ne, lycop\u00e8ne, z\u00e9axanthine) et, comme les autres fruits de cette famille (bleuets et fraises), renferment des polyph\u00e9nols qui peuvent cibler certains processus associ\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement du cancer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"color: #0167aa;\"><strong>Sarrasin: <\/strong>Les grains entiers sont riches en fibres qui jouent notamment un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la sant\u00e9 intestinale en permettant l\u2019\u00e9limination optimale des r\u00e9sidus alimentaires et des toxines. Quand la po\u00eale est chaude, ajouter 2\u00a0c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et faire revenir les oignons pendant 5\u00a0minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient translucides.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Ajouter le jus de citron et laisser cuire encore 5\u00a0minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ajouter les carottes et 3\u00a0c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/span> Faire revenir pendant 5\u00a0\u00e0 7\u00a0minutes en remuant continuellement.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Ajouter l\u2019ail, le paprika, le safran et le sel, et poursuivre la cuisson encore 5\u00a0minutes en remuant continuellement.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Incorporer le sarrasin, puis faire sauter le tout pendant 2\u00a0minutes. Ajouter le lait de coco et le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, et porter le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. R\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 intensit\u00e9 moyenne-faible. Laisser cuire pendant 15\u00a0minutes, puis incorporer les graines de citrouille et les baies de Goji.
