Le curcuma pr\u00e9sente aussi des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressantes en raison de sa forte teneur en polyph\u00e9nols, ce qui expliquerait son influence sur la pr\u00e9vention de certains cancers. Pour augmenter la biodisponibilit\u00e9 du curcuma, ajouter du poivre qui aidera l\u2019absorption par le corps de la curcumine, l\u2019ingr\u00e9dient actif du curcuma.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"color: #0167aa;\"><strong>Kale (chou fris\u00e9):<\/strong><br \/>\nLes l\u00e9gumes crucif\u00e8res (dont le chou, le brocoli et le radis) repr\u00e9sentent une des familles de v\u00e9g\u00e9taux les plus \u00e9tudi\u00e9es, ayant fait l\u2019objet de plus de 20\u2009000\u00a0articles scientifiques au cours des derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies. Ils sont les seuls v\u00e9g\u00e9taux \u00e0 contenir des quantit\u00e9s importantes de glucosinolates, des compos\u00e9s phytochimiques qui sont activ\u00e9s par la mastication. Transf\u00e9rer les poitrines de poulet sur la planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper et les laisser ti\u00e9dir. R\u00e9server le bouillon de poulet pour l\u2019\u00e9tape\u00a05.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Chauffer une grande sauteuse \u00e0 feu moyen. Quand la po\u00eale est chaude, ajouter l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et les \u00e9chalotes. Faire revenir pendant 5\u00a0minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les \u00e9chalotes soient translucides. Incorporer le jus de citron et faire revenir encore 5\u00a0minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Ajouter le curcuma et le poivre noir, puis laisser cuire pendant 30\u00a0secondes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Ajouter la moiti\u00e9 des tomates et faire sauter le tout en remuant continuellement pendant 2\u00a0minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Incorporer l\u2019orzo et 2\u00a0tasses de bouillon de poulet. Couvrir la sauteuse \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couvercle et porter le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. R\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 intensit\u00e9 moyenne-faible, et cuire l\u2019orzo pendant 15\u00a0minutes, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que tout le liquide ait \u00e9t\u00e9 absorb\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Pendant ce temps, effilocher ou trancher finement les poitrines de poulet en lamelles d\u2019un demipouce.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Quand l\u2019orzo est cuit, le retirer du feu et y incorporer le reste des tomates, le chou fris\u00e9, le persil et le poulet. Laisser la pr\u00e9paration reposer pendant 5\u00a0minutes avant de servir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><strong>CONSEIL:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">\n<p class=\"p1\">Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de consommer ce plat chaud.
