On peut trouver les om\u00e9ga-3 dans les poissons gras comme la truite et le saumon et aussi dans certains v\u00e9g\u00e9taux comme les graines de chia et les noix de Grenoble. Incorporer du poisson \u00e0 son alimentation permet \u00e9galement de diminuer sa consommation de viandes rouges et de viandes transform\u00e9es pour ainsi aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les risques de d\u00e9velopper un cancer colorectal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"color: #0167aa;\"><strong>Poireau:<\/strong> Les l\u00e9gumes de la famille de l\u2019oignon renferment diff\u00e9rents compos\u00e9s phytochimiques dont les flavono\u00efdes, des antioxydants qui aident \u00e0 neutraliser les radicaux libres qui endommagent les cellules de notre organisme. Quand elle est chaude, ajouter l\u2019huile et les poireaux. Ajouter le sel et le poivre, et faire revenir pendant 10\u00a0minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les poireaux soient tendres.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Ajouter les pommes de terre, le ma\u00efs, le lait et le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis r\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 intensit\u00e9 moyenne-faible.
