Ils sont aussi une excellente source de nombreux min\u00e9raux comme le magn\u00e9sium et le potassium, et contiennent des lipides mono-insatur\u00e9s bons pour la sant\u00e9. De plus, ils ont une teneur tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e en fibres alimentaires. Selon le Fonds mondial de recherche contre le cancer (FMRC), une alimentation riche en fibres peut aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le risque de d\u00e9velopper un cancer colorectal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"color: #0167aa;\"><strong>Pois chiches :<\/strong> Ils s\u2019av\u00e8rent une excellente source de fibres, d\u2019acide folique, de zinc et d\u2019antioxydants (anthocyanines), ainsi qu\u2019une bonne source de fer (si consomm\u00e9es avec une source de vitamine C). Incorporer des l\u00e9gumineuses \u00e0 son alimentation permet \u00e9galement de diminuer sa consommation de viandes rouges et de viandes transform\u00e9es, et d\u2019augmenter ses apports en fibres et en antioxydants. Il s\u2019agit ici d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s pour aider \u00e0 diminuer les risques de d\u00e9velopper certains types de cancer, comme le cancer du sein et le cancer
