De plus, l\u2019hydroxytyrosol et la taxifoline aideraient \u00e0 inhiber la formation de nouveaux vaisseaux sanguins et pourraient donc aider \u00e0 ralentir l\u2019\u00e9volution de certains cancers. Il faut privil\u00e9gier les huiles vierges ou extra-vierges qui contiennent davantage de polyph\u00e9nols, dont l\u2019ol\u00e9ocanthal qui est facile \u00e0 ressentir puisqu\u2019il provoque une petite sensation de chatouillement dans la gorge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"color: #0167aa;\"><strong> Noix de cajou:\u00a0<\/strong>Les noix sont riches en fibres, en bons gras et en compos\u00e9s ph\u00e9noliques. Pour les r\u00e9hydrater, faites-en tremper 1\u00a0tasse dans l\u2019eau pendant toute une nuit.
