On les retrouve dans les poissons gras (truite et saumon), ainsi que dans certains v\u00e9g\u00e9taux comme les graines de chia et de lin. Les graines de chia ont \u00e9galement une haute teneur en fibres alimentaires. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu moyen et cuire pendant 5\u00a0ou 6\u00a0minutes, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les baies soient tendres.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Laisser ti\u00e9dir le m\u00e9lange pendant 5\u00a0minutes, puis transf\u00e9rer les baies dans le m\u00e9langeur et r\u00e9duire le tout en pur\u00e9e lisse.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Verser la pur\u00e9e de baies dans un bol et y incorporer les graines de chia, le zeste de citron et 1\u00a0c. \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron. R\u00e9server et laisser les graines de chia gonfler, environ 10\u00a0minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350\u00a0\u00b0F et tapisser une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie \u00e0 l\u2019aide de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Y d\u00e9poser le saumon et l\u2019assaisonner avec \u00bd\u00a0c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sel et de poivre.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Verser avec soin la confiture aux graines de chia sur le saumon et, avec le dos d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re, l\u2019\u00e9tendre pour en couvrir tout le filet. Garnir de pacanes et appuyer doucement pour les enfoncer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sur le dessus du saumon.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Cuire au four pendant 18\u00a0\u00e0 20\u00a0minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la chair du poisson se d\u00e9tache facilement.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Pendant ce temps, chauffer une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen. Quand la po\u00eale est chaude, y ajouter l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, l\u2019ail et la bette \u00e0 carde. Assaisonner avec le sel et le poivre restants, puis faire revenir pendant 3\u00a0\u00e0 5\u00a0minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les feuilles soient attendries. Retirer du feu et y incorporer le reste du jus de citron.
