Les th\u00e9s verts japonais, plus riches en cat\u00e9chines, sont la meilleure source d\u2019EGCG.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"color: #0167aa;\"><strong>Huile d\u2019olive\u00a0:<\/strong> Elle contient de l\u2019ol\u00e9ocanthal, une mol\u00e9cule anti-inflammatoire jouant un r\u00f4le dans la pr\u00e9vention de certaines maladies chroniques. De plus, l\u2019hydroxytyrosol et la taxifoline aideraient \u00e0 inhiber la formation de nouveaux vaisseaux sanguins et pourraient donc aider \u00e0 ralentir l\u2019\u00e9volution de certains cancers. Il faut privil\u00e9gier les huiles vierges ou extra-vierges qui contiennent davantage de polyph\u00e9nols, dont l\u2019ol\u00e9ocanthal qui est facile \u00e0 ressentir puisqu\u2019il provoque une
