Les antioxydants sont des mol\u00e9cules qui transforment les \u00ab radicaux libres \u00bb canc\u00e9rig\u00e8nes, des substances tr\u00e8s r\u00e9actives, en produits inoffensifs. Ainsi, des \u00e9tudes ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que la vitamine E est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une diminution du risque de d\u00e9velopper un cancer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"color: #0167aa;\"><strong>SAUMON :<\/strong> Saviez-vous que la carence nutritionnelle la plus importante dans les pays occidentaux est li\u00e9e \u00e0 la faible consommation d\u2019acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s om\u00e9ga-3? Touiller les l\u00e9gumes et \u00e9tendre le tout uniform\u00e9ment sur la plaque.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Combiner le jus et le zeste d\u2019une lime avec la p\u00e2te miso, m\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te bien lisse, puis tartiner le poisson de ce m\u00e9lange.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Combiner les graines de tournesol, le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable et les fines herbes fra\u00eeches ou s\u00e9ch\u00e9es. Bien m\u00e9langer la pr\u00e9paration, puis l\u2019\u00e9taler en appuyant doucement pour l\u2019enfoncer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sur le dessus du poisson.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Placer le poisson appr\u00eat\u00e9 sur les l\u00e9gumes, puis cuire le tout au four pendant environ 10 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la chair se d\u00e9tache facilement.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">(Facultatif) Pour obtenir une d\u00e9licieuse sauce \u00e0 servir avec le poisson, blanchir 1 tasse de tiges de brocoli pel\u00e9es jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient tendres, puis les r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e dans un m\u00e9langeur avec un demi-avocat et le jus d\u2019une lime.
