Elles contiennent de la vitamine C, mais aussi des fibres solubles et insolubles, deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments importants pour pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me digestif. Quand la pr\u00e9paration commence \u00e0 mijoter, couvrir le m\u00e9lange et r\u00e9duire le feu.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Remuer fr\u00e9quemment pour \u00e9viter que le plat ne colle au fond de la casserole.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Cuire pendant environ 30 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le riz soit tr\u00e8s tendre et commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9faire. Au besoin, ajouter du liquide.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Servir chaud ou froid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>Lait de coco \u2013 Instructions :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Pour pr\u00e9parer vous-m\u00eame votre lait de coco, ajoutez 1 tasse de noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e et non sucr\u00e9e, \u00e0 2 tasses d\u2019eau chaude dans un m\u00e9langeur, puis laissez le tout reposer pendant environ 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Malaxez soigneusement les ingr\u00e9dients en pla\u00e7ant un linge \u00e0 vaisselle sur l\u2019ouverture, permettant ainsi \u00e0 la vapeur de s\u2019\u00e9chapper.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Une fois le tout bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9, filtrez la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une passoire ou d\u2019un coton \u00e0 fromage.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Refroidir le lait de coco au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.
