Ils sont les seuls v\u00e9g\u00e9taux \u00e0 contenir des quantit\u00e9s importantes de glucosinolates, des compos\u00e9s phytochimiques qui sont activ\u00e9s par la mastication. Selon de r\u00e9centes \u00e9tudes, la consommation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de l\u00e9gumes de cette famille contribuerait \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le risque de cancer colorectal d\u2019environ 30\u00a0%.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"color: #0167aa;\"><strong>Amandes\u00a0:<\/strong> Les noix sont riches en fibres, en bons gras et en compos\u00e9s ph\u00e9noliques.
