Plusieurs \u00e9tudes ont d\u2019ailleurs associ\u00e9 une consommation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de produits \u00e0 base de tomate \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction d\u2019environ 25\u00a0% du risque de cancer de la prostate. Fait int\u00e9ressant, pour maximiser l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 antioxydante du lycop\u00e8ne, il faut cuire la tomate dans de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"color: #0167aa;\"><strong>Huile d\u2019olive\u00a0:<\/strong> Elle contient de l\u2019ol\u00e9ocanthal, une mol\u00e9cule anti-inflammatoire jouant un r\u00f4le dans la pr\u00e9vention de certaines maladies chroniques. De plus, l\u2019hydroxytyrosol et la taxifoline aideraient \u00e0 inhiber la formation de nouveaux vaisseaux sanguins et pourraient donc aider \u00e0 ralentir l\u2019\u00e9volution de certains cancers.
