L\u2019\u0153uf est \u00e9galement une bonne source de vitamine D, de zinc et de s\u00e9l\u00e9nium; tous trois jouent un r\u00f4le sur le syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"color: #0167aa;\"><strong>Curcuma\u00a0:<\/strong> Cette \u00e9pice est utilis\u00e9e dans les m\u00e9decines traditionnelles asiatiques depuis des si\u00e8cles, notamment pour ses vertus digestives, anti-inflammatoires et anti-infectieuses. Le curcuma pr\u00e9sente aussi des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressantes en raison de sa forte teneur en polyph\u00e9nols, ce qui expliquerait son influence sur la pr\u00e9vention de certains cancers.
