Il renferme \u00e9galement du mangan\u00e8se qui participe entre autres \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention des dommages caus\u00e9s par les radicaux libres.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"color: #0167aa;\"><strong>Da\u00efkon\u00a0:<\/strong> C\u2019est une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de radis au go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s doux, dont les Japonais sont particuli\u00e8rement friands. Il renferme des anthocyanines qui sont des compos\u00e9s actifs ayant de fortes actions antioxydantes. Il fait partie de la grande famille des l\u00e9gumes crucif\u00e8res, qui sont les seuls v\u00e9g\u00e9taux \u00e0 contenir des quantit\u00e9s importantes de glucosinolates, des compos\u00e9s phytochimiques qui sont activ\u00e9s par la mastication.
