Ils sont les seuls v\u00e9g\u00e9taux \u00e0 contenir des quantit\u00e9s importantes de glucosinolates, des compos\u00e9s phytochimiques qui sont activ\u00e9s par la mastication. La consommation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de l\u00e9gumes de cette famille contribuerait \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le risque de diff\u00e9rents types de cancers, dont le cancer colorectal, de la vessie, des poumons et de la prostate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"color: #0167aa;\"><strong>Saumon\u00a0:<\/strong> Les acides gras\u00a0om\u00e9ga-3 jouent un r\u00f4le important dans la pr\u00e9vention de plusieurs maladies chroniques en raison de leur action anti-inflammatoire.
