Le curcuma pr\u00e9sente aussi des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressantes en raison de sa forte teneur en polyph\u00e9nols, ce qui expliquerait son influence sur la pr\u00e9vention de certains cancers. Pour augmenter la biodisponibilit\u00e9 du curcuma, ajouter du poivre qui aidera l\u2019absorption par le corps de la curcumine, l\u2019ingr\u00e9dient actif du curcuma.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"color: #0167aa;\"><strong>\u00c9chalote\u00a0:<\/strong> Elle renferme diff\u00e9rents compos\u00e9s phytochimiques dont les flavono\u00efdes, des antioxydants qui aident \u00e0 neutraliser les radicaux libres qui endommagent les cellules de notre organisme. Elle contient aussi des compos\u00e9s sulfur\u00e9s qui exerceraient un effet protecteur contre certains cancers, principalement ceux du syst\u00e8me digestif.<\/p>\n<\/div><div
