Faire revenir l\u2019ail et l\u2019oignon \u00e0 feu moyen-vif environ 5\u00a0minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\">Ajouter le b\u0153uf et cuire en remuant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\">Quand la viande est cuite, ajouter les lentilles, la sarriette et le persil.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\">Saler et poivrer au go\u00fbt. Remuer 2 ou 3\u00a0minutes et retirer du feu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00c9goutter les pommes de terre, les carottes et le chou-fleur. R\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e, puis saler et poivrer au go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\">Verser la pr\u00e9paration de viande et de lentilles dans un plat allant au four. Couvrir avec le ma\u00efs et terminer avec la pur\u00e9e de l\u00e9gumes.
