Il s\u2019agit ici d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s pour aider \u00e0 diminuer les risques de d\u00e9velopper un cancer. Les lentilles contiennent aussi plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs importants comme du fer et de l\u2019acide folique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"color: #0167aa;\"><strong>Ail\u00a0:<\/strong> Plusieurs \u00e9tudes populationnelles indiquent que les personnes qui consomment r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des l\u00e9gumes de la famille de l\u2019ail (ail, oignon, \u00e9chalote, poireau) sont moins \u00e0 risque de d\u00e9velopper certains types de cancers, en particulier ceux du syst\u00e8me digestif.
