On peut trouver les om\u00e9ga-3 dans les poissons gras comme la truite et le saumon et aussi dans certains v\u00e9g\u00e9taux comme les graines de chia et les noix de Grenoble.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"color: #0167aa;\"><strong>Pamplemousse\u00a0:<\/strong> Les agrumes sont connus pour leur teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en vitamine C, mais ils contiennent \u00e9galement plusieurs compos\u00e9s phytochimiques (comme les polyph\u00e9nols) qui jouent un r\u00f4le important dans la pr\u00e9vention du cancer. Ils influencent aussi positivement le potentiel d\u2019action d\u2019autres polyph\u00e9nols pr\u00e9sents dans l\u2019alimentation.
