Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Nuts

INGREDIENTS :
- 2 cups Your choice of mixed nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds etc.)
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 3 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes (optional)
- To taste Salt and Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- Mix all ingredients well in a bowl, and spread onto a parchment lined baking tray.
- Roast for about 20 minutes.
