NUTRITION:
- Remember, eating more fibre-rich foods helps your body digest slowly, keeping that feeling of fullness for longer and also helps manage post-meal blood sugar spikes. So try including more complex carbohydrates in your diet slowly until you have eliminated all simple carbohydrates, you may just like how you feel over time!
- You can store the dry granola in an air tight container in your pantry for up to a month or in the freezer for up to 3 months or more.
- Use your favorite seeds, nuts or dry fruits. Other possible combinations – sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, oats and shredded coconut. If you want to add dried fruit, add it to the mix after baking.
